Easy Sushi Rice

Love Ingredients:

1 c uncooked sushi rice
1.5 c water
Brown rice vinegar
White sugar
Salt

How to Spread Love:

1. Rinse the uncooked rice until the water is clear. About 2 to 3 times.
2. Using your rice cooker, place the washed and drained sushi rice inside the inner pot. Add water and set your rice cooker to cook.
3. Once the rice has finished cooking, let it keep warm for about 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Place rice in a wide container or deep dish. Use a wooden spatula to avoid rice breakage.
5. In a small bowl, dilute the salt and sugar with the brown rice vinegar.
6. Pour mixture over warm rice and gently fold to incorporate the liquid mixture into the cooked sushi rice.
7. Let cool for about 5 minutes before using in your favorite nori roll.
